Choosing Between Mini Open Mesh and Micro Mesh
The principal difference between the two ranges is the size of the mesh opening. Micro Mesh has an 8mm × 8mm open hole, creating a more enclosed grating surface, while Mini Open Mesh uses a 12mm × 12mm open hole.
Panel selection should take account of the required mesh opening, panel depth, support span, loading and installation requirements. Dedicated product and load data are available for both systems.
Micro Mesh GRP Marina Decking – 8mm × 8mm
Micro Mesh has an 8mm × 8mm open hole and is available in 22mm and 30mm panel depths. The smaller opening creates a more enclosed surface while retaining the open construction of GRP grating.
Available panel sizes include 3m × 1m, 4m × 1.2m and 4m × 1.5m.
Mini Open Mesh GRP Marina Decking – 12mm × 12mm
Mini Open Mesh has a 12mm × 12mm open hole and is available in 14mm, 22mm, 30mm and 38mm panel depths.
A range of panel sizes is available depending on the selected depth.
